Levent Karakış

After graduating from Uludağ University Public Finance department, he started working at Finansbank. After about 6 years of work, he decided to continue his career in the real estate sector and moved to Sinpaş. After the company went public, he worked as a manager in the sales and after-sales departments of Sinpaş GYO, respectively. He managed the development, sales, after-sales, delivery, and title deed processes of more than 10 projects. At the end of the 8-year period, he established Simya Residence and Management Systems A.Ş. within Sinpaş Holding per the decision of the board of directors and served as its General Manager for 4.5 years. Managing nearly 10,000 residences, the company soon came to manage one of the industry’s largest portfolios with 300 employees. In 2019 he founded his own company, 17 Management Services and Consulting. As of today, it continues to provide services and consultancy to the leading companies of the sector on sales, site management, company management, and board of directors consultancy.
